Our family is made up of me (Ann), my husband, our daughters aged 18 and 21 and our Cocker Spaniel, Charlie. We are based in the North-West of England, nestled in the rural countryside, not to far from the Lake District and the coast.
I decided to start this blog to keep our family and friends up-to-date with our travels, record some memories for us to look back on and provide a place to give advice, tips and recommendations to anyone who also shares our wanderlust for travel.
The four of us have tried to travel every year as a family since the girls were small, but now that our daughters are older and have work commitments we tend to travel either as a couple, with friends, other family members and together, when possible. This blog will review a variety of different trips including dog friendly trips and days out. In 2020 there will be couples trips to Las Vegas, San Sebastian, Dubai and Walt Disney World. A sisters birthday trip to Disneyland Paris and a holiday in Italy with our youngest daughter.
UPDATE: Due to Covid 19 we have had to cancel a few of our trips, but hopefully we will be on the road again soon. Keep a look out for our new Vegas, Paris and Miami blogs, travel tips, plus Avios and travel tech recommendations, all coming soon.
UPDATE: We have a new family member who will be joining us on some of our travels. Her name is Bonnie and she is a new little sister for Charlie.
